Bruises, Scratches and Standing

Anna loves standing. When she first started she would stand with wobbly legs and fall over after about 30 seconds. Falling means scratches and bruises, but so far nothing major. Last Monday night it was like the Olympics around here. I was just trying to make a simple spaghetti dinner but had to dash into the living room every few seconds to pick Anna back up, or throw some more pillows around her, or move a toy to the center of the room, or tell Jack not to sit on his baby sister....
She is very proud of herself to be pulling up on everything, and making her way from the laundry basket to the couch to her little piano. She laughs and smiles so big when someone sees her doing that!

Also, last weekend, while Dad put the finishing touches on the trim and paint in the kitchen I took Jack and Anna to see their Great Grammie. Anna is one of 20 great-grandchildren (with 21 on the way!!)! She is also working on 2 more teeth (to make 4 total!) as you can see by that awesome drool rash on her chin.
